[Case Study] Robot for Packing Thick Fried Tofu in Trays

Packing frozen thick fried tofu that comes out in pieces from the freezer onto trays with a robot.

Frozen thick fried tofu, flowing randomly at a rate of 100 pieces per minute from the tunnel freezer, is conveyed pitch by pitch in a single row and placed into trays by a robot. (In this example, 2 pieces are placed in each tray.)
